Yes, we are accepting new patients of all ages.
How do you handle insurance?

Do I have to pay at the time of service?
Yes, all co-payment and any additional fees are due prior to service.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (Visa/ MasterCard/ Discover).
What age does a patient have to be in order to be seen at PAFM?
We accept patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
You should bring the following to your first appointment at PAFM:
- 1. Completed patient forms
- 2. Current insurance card
- 3. Photo identification
- 4. Pharmacy Information (if available)
We also suggest bringing bottles of all current medication. The more information we have on your health and medical history, the better we can serve you.
How early do I need to arrive for my appointment?
It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to allow for time to submit all necessary paperwork and for verification/update of insurance and/or personal information.
Do you perform any lab tests or conduct any diagnostic imaging at your facility?
Yes, we collect blood samples and perform some rapid in-house lab tests. For more comprehensive testing we work with other larger labs. We also perform ultrasound and doppler imaging on site. We do not perform x-ray imaging.
What if I am sick and need to be seen immediately?
We do offer same-day appointments. Walk-ins are welcome, but are subject to staff availability and wait time based on severity of illness.
What do I do if there is an emergency or if I get sick after normal business hours?
If you call when the clinic is closed you will have the option to leave a message with our answering service. A physician will call you back promptly and provide advise when possible. If there is a true medical emergency, then you are advised to go to an emergency room immediately at a nearby hospital.
