DR. SVETLANA TOKAR
Family Doctor
Dr. Svetlana Tokar received her Doctor of Osteopathy from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine with honors in family medicine and ophthalmology in 2002. She has worked in various medical clinics in The Bronx area including Montefiore Medical Center, St. Barnabas Hospital, and PAFM for the last 18 years. Dr. Tokar is certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

DR. JIAN ZHANG
Podiatrist
Dr. Jian Zhang received his B.S. in Biochemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1992 and his Doctor of Podiatry from the New York college of Podiatric Medicine in 1996. He did his post-graduate training at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center from 1996-1999. In addition to taking care of patients at PAFM, Dr. Zhang is currently Assistant Director of Podiatric Residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center. He is also an American Board certified Podiatric Surgeon.

DR. GUNJEET SAHNI
Pediatrics
Dr. Gunjeet Sahni received her M.D. from Goa Medical College in 1988. She did residencies at the department of pediatrics at The College of Physician and Surgeons of Columbia University and the department of pediatrics at Brookdale University Hospital. Dr. Sahni has over 25 years of clinical experience.

DR. CHARLES NORDIN
Cardiologist
Dr. Nordin received his B.A. Summa Cum Laude from Yale in 1971 and his M.D. from Harvard University in 1976. He conducted basic research in cardiac electrophysiology from 1983 to 1997, and has continued with clinical research in diabetes screening and arrhythmic effects of hypoglycemia since 2004. In addition to helping with patient care at PAFM, Dr. Nordin has served as faculty at Albert Einstein Medical College since 1983, and was Chairman of Medicine at Jacobi Medical Center from 1997-2009. Dr. Nordin has published more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and is American Board certified in internal medicine and cardiology.
